The rooftop terrace and the 10th floor are temporarily closed and cannot be accessed during your stay.

Some furnishings may show light wear from regular use, while remaining fully functional and comfortable.



NOTICE: The designated garbage disposal area is located on the 2nd floor. We kindly ask all residents and building occupants to dispose of their waste only in the designated area.

The building has security cameras located outside the property. These cameras operate on a live-feed basis only and do not record or store any footage. There are no cameras, microphones, or any other monitoring devices inside the building or inside the apartment.
