The location of this facility is very convenient to the park and museums. The walk is fairly level and easy to stroll to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are very quiet. Never heard anyone else in the building even though they were there, judging by the garbage left out on pick up day. Daily maid service and fresh towels, fully furnished kitchen plus twice the square footage of the average hotel room included. Maintenance a little wanting but easy trade off for all the pluses. Would stay again.

The room was in good condition. They do have parking but they charge $100 MX Pesos for your stay. That is something they should openly say to avoid awkward surprises once you arrive.

The place is in a perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Victor and Luis were wonderful. The room was so beautiful and super clean. We are definitely coming back to Rio Elba suites and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to CDMX.

great place for a 1 or 2 day stay if you are transiting through mexico city. Hotel is nice, good location, everything you need is walking distance. They didn’t provided WiFi and then I tried to leave things in the luggage storage but it seems not secure for valuable things (laptop) because they don’t provide formal ticket or a way ro declare that I was leaving the laptop.

The hotel is nice but it needs to improve the condition of the bathroom towels. Also our fan wasn't enough to give us a confortable temperature. The pillows were not comfortable neither... The rest of the things were good... clean and the location is very good

Place was nice and clean though you do see quite a bit of wear and tear in fittings (though its not that old) Shower was good but the glass door seemed very flimsy, even a bit dangerous. Wifi was an issue, it sometimes worked, sometimes didn’t. Mostly didn’t. There is a nice cafe with good wifi just accross the street.

The reception and doorman staff should be more friendly. It is really uncomfortable to enter and leave. Our room on the roof seemed like a service room for the cleaning staff. The location of the suite is good but the attention to guests leaves much to be desired. They need to pay more attention to the details and give the extra mile. Not coming back.

My stay at Suites Rio Elba was less than ideal. The persistent door-knocking was an unwelcome interruption, and the receptionist's constant financial concerns created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The two-week stay was marred by NO AC, non-functional INTERNET and room phone, making communication impossible. The only saving grace was the dedicated cleaning and security staff and the location. A reconsideration of management practices might improve the overall guest experience at this establishment. (The woman in reception) Avoid this place; it's a nightmare!!! And complaining will cause the receptionist lady saying: We don’t want you here, literally telling me to go?? There’s no one else who to talk to other than her unfortunately
