They really made this property special. The location is in the heart of Roma Norte, just next to Panadaria Rosetta, so it is a very walkable area. "The location cannot be beat! If you are on a bare-bones budget and just want a CLEAN place to sleep, this is the place for you. I felt that the value was good, and I was impressed that the room felt so clean. The location and the building are very safe, as there is a person sitting at the front desk 24/7. "A very good value for a solo traveler looking for a good place to stay in a very in-demand and comparatively expensive neighborhood. The real value is in its central location right off Calle Colima and the plethora of high quality restaurants and cafes it offers, let alone street food vendors. A 24-hour convenience store on the opposite corner also comes in handy for pre-dawn tour pickups to grab beverages and snacks. The issue of thin room walls and hearing every conversation going on outside your room is rather material and noticeable when other guests stumble in late at night or bicker loudly and that may be an issue for sensitive or light sleepers."
