"I booked a solo room for a couple days for the CDMX half marathon. Area that the hotel is located in felt safe, with security onsite 24/7. The room is put well together, organized and clean. Yes it was small, but I spent most of my time exploring the city so it was not an issue. There is an air conditioning unit inside controlled by a remote which is great. Breakfast was located in the terrace rooftop area, with the food selections being good. Now some cons: As others have mentioned in the reviews, the walls of the room are thin. So much so you can hear when someone next door turns on the water faucet. It wasn't too much of a bother for me but definitely noticeable. Also, it might have been the room I was assigned to but there is only one trash can and it's in the bathroom. It would have been great if there were a second trash can, and maybe another one for recyclables. There is a gym onsite as well but was out of service during my stay which was unfortunate. Hopefully, not an issue for those looking to book. Lastly (and this might be a preference thing), but the TV is a standard TV with no smart features and can't connect to Wi-Fi. Not the end of the world but something to make a note of."
