Beautifully appointed and managed hotel. We loved our room, comfortable bed, terrace for coffee, fluffy towels, bath products. Jose, the hotel manager was lovely- helping with anything you need! Breakfast at the rooftop every morning was the best! The location is a short walk to great Condessa restaurants and parks. We so enjoyed our stay!!!

We loved our stay here! The staff in particular were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The hotel rooms themself are beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant every morning was something to look forward to. We’ll be back!

The staff at the hotel were so kind, helpful and friendly! They were accommodating and understanding and as a solo traveller, made me feel very welcomed! The property itself is beautiful, clean and well located. The restaurants are amazing-tried them both! Loved them both! This is really a wonderful hotel! I recently stayed at Maison and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, from the lobby to my room. The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room, which could have been a bit brighter. Overall, I highly recommend Maison for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Beautiful property and rooms. Staff and location were great. Only negatives were that it was difficult to find the entrance as we arrived for check in after midnight and the front entrance was locked. Also, the surrounding area can be loud on Friday and Saturday which should be expected of the neighborhood so I recommend bringing earplugs.

The hotel and room are very nice. The service is friendly but inept. You can’t rely on the staff for almost anything beyond friendliness. Our dinner at Octavia was the single worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant but everyone was truly friendly. If you are looking for a very nice room, good location and NOTHING MORE this is the place.

This hotel is beautiful ! The rooms are spacious and well thought out, with just the right esthetics. The staff was unbelievably amazing to me and my boyfriend, very attentive and informative. Apart from the service it is located in an excellent area for walking around and commuting to all of the tourist areas. I will definitely be back soon. 10/10

The hotel itself is quite charming and has some modern amenities. As a designer, I found the design of the bathroom to be less than desirable. The sink faucet did not allow for placing bathroom necessities on the counter, the tile in the shower did not go far enough up the wall, causing the paint to crack from moisture damage, and there wasn't enough of a change in floor elevation to prevent the water from the shower to flow into the rest of the bathroom. This was a short stay for us on our way out of the city. We were in a hurry during checkout, as our driver was waiting outside. We took one TopoChico from the minibar (that was $65 pesos), and as I offered to pay for it before leaving, the front desk person did not believe me when I told him the cost and actually went to our room to verify the cost of minibar items before we could leave. This was strange and delayed our departure. Overall, we enjoyed the room and the location was excellent. Close to neighboring restaurants and attractions.

What an amazing stay at Hotel Maison! This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the modern interior that is still very homey and welcoming, to the comfortable beds, airport pickup arrangements and amazing customer service, I can’t wait to come back! The hotel staff goes above and beyond to truly make you feel at home. Breakfast is included with your stay daily on the rooftop, along with a full menu available at the rooftop restaurant all day the restaurant located downstairs just off the lobby. Can’t forget the lobby bar with an amazing espresso martini as well! This boutique hotel felt very safe and is located close to so much food and shopping in Roma Norte. We spent 7 days here and can’t wait to come back! The team at Hotel Maison truly pour their heart and soul into this property and there was not a second that it didn’t go unnoticed! This boutique hotel was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend trip in CDMX. Modern industrial vibe , felt like we were staying in someone's apartment. The room with a king-sized bed, desk, ample space to unpack and beautiful bathroom was perfect for me and my friend. Located in Roma Norte it provided us with the opportunity to walk almost everywhere. All of our dinner reservations were within walking distance along with excellent shopping . Only a couple of blocks away from the ultra trendy and beautiful neighborhoods of Hippodrome and Condesa. Staff was friendly and helpful calling us taxis and proving prices for the trips. The breakfast at the hotel was a perfect start to the day, fresh fruit , yogurt, granola, fresh juice and coffee. And it was a beautiful view from the rooftop. Taco stands steps outside the hotel, and one off the best tacos I had that weekend ! 100% recommend staying at Maison Mexico.

First of all, I want to say thank you to all of the staff here at the hotel, you made me feel very welcome and provided more than exceptional service. The hotel is fairly new, and I stayed in the brand new portion of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, Way more pillows than necessary, but you can choose which ones suits you best. It was fun having a little terrace to sit outside. Breakfast every morning was basic but completely perfect for me. All of the staff in the rooftop restaurant were more than friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Mexico City. I know it will be where I stay when I return thank you everyone for making my stay, so enjoyable.

Style over substance. No AC in old section and no screens to keep out mosquitos. Hair dryers very poor quality. Electricity out for about an hour one night. No hot water one morning. Lacking in basic amenities- soap dishes in bathroom; shelf for personal items in shower. Only heavy duvet on bed. No other bed linens.
