This property cancelled my reservation after requesting the entire documentation including passports y pictures of every guest. This was a same day notice and everything outside the property waiting to check-in The refund was on their own time

Sheets on bed needs to be updated or clean better stains on the cover spread had to buy a sheet set. Poor communication canā€™t park any where in the vicinity you will get booted for 500$ no one told us that. They gave us a visitor parking which would have landed us getting booted and also if you donā€™t park your car properly you also get booted another 500$. Should have communicated that to us during booking. Besides that enjoyed my stay would book again.

worst experience I have had with an apartment. I never got the code to have access. Instructions are not clear, nobody answers the phone. I got wrong wifi internet. Expedia tried to help however I had to stay more than an hour outside the appartment waiting for the landlord to send the code to access the place. The apartment has a great view, Because of the location, It is very noisy. The neighborhood is loudy and it has no duovent glasses so they offer ear plugs to sleep. It has only one tv in the living room. Building amenities are nice and brand new.
