"Hotel is absolutely great, spotless, great customer services, perfect location. I think for such an iconic location, they should have a great Mexican restaurant. I was travelling with a group of friends that was their first visit to Mexico and first thing we had to do is to look around for food. Would have loved to relax at the hotel for a bit, but I was not going to start the trip to Mexico with Italian food."

"The rooms are very spacious, modern upgraded and very clean. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out couch in the living room. We had a balcony view room, which was very nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and where there at all hours. They stored our luggage the day of check out, which was very helpful. The location is perfect if you want to walk the area of Roma Norte, everything else is a short uber ride. There is no restaurant or bar at the property, but with so many options close by you don't need it."
