A clean and comfortable bed but a little run down. We enjoyed the hot tub but there was a mold smell every time we turned the sink on in our room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was comfortable. Some of the towels were stained. We had no interaction with Staff other than check in and that was pleasant. Great location. I would suggest tile or laminate flooring for a cleaner environment. Especially with all the dirt.
