"The little house is beautifully decorated and clean, with comfy beds, good quality tasteful furnishings, nice modern kitchen with everything you need. The only downside for us was the road alongside the property garden - a lovely courtyard, secure for the dogs but quite a lot of noise from passing idiots driving too fast or on awful noisy motorbikes. Didn’t spoil our stay but it is a shame, as the house is well located for fabulous walks and sightseeing but the road is a drawback. Otherwise...

"We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom...

"The house was absolutely perfect for us for the weekend and great setup for having a get together on the weekend. Everything is ideal for people to spend time together, from the well equipped lounge to the ample dining room, really well provisioned kitchen and then (of course) the hot tub, pool and saunas. "I booked for 7 people to stay at property. The property looked lovely. There were 5 beds. The sofa bed which we intended to use had no bedding. Eventually I got a call back, and the person argued that everything was set and ready, and should be there. I was eventually told that bedding would be delivered to us the next day first thing in the morning . I was disappointed as I could not reach anyone after calling the customer services number which I was told was a 24hr phone line. The next day at...

"This is a very spacious, comfy property in a great location for exploring the area. It was a short drive to Outwood station and from there a 10 minute train ride into Leeds. We also visited the National Mining Museum near to Wakefield which was very educational. We would recommend this house for anyone looking for a short break in this area."

"8 of us rented this property while attending a friend's wedding. The location was excellent- it was nice to be on a quiet street so close to a main road. We were able to walk to tons of places and the shops/cafes/bars were great. The property was clean and well stocked. The communication was consistent and the check-in and check-out was very easy. The space accommodated our large group very easily and we had a great stay."

"Key safe broken, back door lock broken, garden not secure for dogs, bath flooded bathroom, wardrobe was a cupboard with dirty bedding in, washer had laundry in, only 2 forks, drainer didn't fit crockery, bedding not ironed as would expect for holiday accomodation and only 1 pillow each. saying that the house was warm in a lovely location for walks and the owner was friendly."
