"It’s maybe a small thing to some but it was a big thing for us; there were no straws. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. There is a lot of light in the rooms due to the tvs having some sort of backlighting that is on even when the tv is turned off. I’d stay here again, but would make a plan to deal with the light and bring our own straws. The room had appliances though we only used the fridge. It didn’t freeze our food so was better than the average hotel fridge. Overall happy with our stay aside from the bright room that woke me up in the night and lack of straws. "

"THIS PLACE WAS DIRTY HOT AND GROSS! It was very hot and no way to control heat. There were bugs all over the bathroom and nightstand. None of the doors fit properly. Water was coming up through the floor somehow. Shower curtain rod was just sitting on top of tub surround and it somehow randomly flew off and crashed to the floor when nobody was touching it or even in the shower. I picked up the phone in the room to call the office and the phone was dead and not working. There were 2 contact numbers on the office door so when I got to work I text the first number to ask them to turn down the heat and let them know about the bugs and sent a video of said bugs and finally after no less than 9 hours later I got a message. I’m out of the country and I’ll be back around 2 on Tuesday see you then. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE HEAT OR THE BUGS. "

"I was falling asleep at the wheel so I pulled over and looked up hotels in the area. At only 7 minutes away I booked a room. I then called in the middle of the night and the owner made it easy for me to check in quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and super clean. "

"Room is clean but the main entrance and hallway has awful smell maybe because the floor carpet is old and not well cleaned and maintained. "
