In the heart of downtown Metz, close to the TGV train station (1h20 from Paris and 30mn from Luxembourg), 5 minutes from the cathedral, come and enjoy a luxurious rental experience ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ in this exceptional apartment. Designed by Alessandro's studio, one of Metz's most renowned architects.

Car parking is very easy just a few steps away and free on evenings, weekends and public holidays. Secure underground parking (at an additional charge) is also available.

This apartment will enable you to quickly and easily enjoy Metz city center and all its cultural, tourist and culinary amenities. It's perfect for families and groups of friends, or professionals looking for luxury.

There's a cot and high chair for families, and a workspace on each floor for professionals.

The apartment is a split-level duplex, with each floor having its own sleeping area and private shower/bathroom. It is inhabited by the owner for part of the year. It is on the second floor, without elevator.


Beds are made up on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides hotel-quality linen.

The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am at the latest on the day of your departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible at extra cost.

Arrival is independent. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which will give you access (once you have pre-registered) to all the information you need to access the apartment very easily: how to get there, the code for the key box, etc.

Very nice apartment

Very comfortable apartment. Very clean. Unusually good instructions for all aspects of stay. Quite a few stairs - be prepared for that. Convenient location. Would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment - agency scammed us for our deposit

DO NOT BOOK - SEE BELOW. This is an immaculate and spacious two-story luxury apartment in the center of Metz with two bedrooms suitable for two couples or a family. Unfortunately several problems with the agency, Rock in Share, currently merit a one-star review. Problems with the check-in process meant we were never given a house guide or the access codes to the property. The agency did not answer our phone call before their stated closing time and only got in touch with us the following day, when we would have already booked into another hotel, but by chance we were able to contact the owner who was very accommodating and walked us through the entry process. The real problems began after check-out, where the agency has withheld our full 600 Euro deposit, blaming us for damage we did not cause to the flat and refusing to provide evidence to support their claim. We are contesting this charge and have found another Google review of same agency where another person's deposit was held in full for damage they did not cause. DO NOT BOOK THIS until the problem with the agency has been resolved, or you will likely lose some or all of your deposit. This review will be updated when the issue with the agency has been resolved.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien placé au centre de Metz et, à proximité de la gare. Trés luxueux et confortable et très bien équipé, je recommande vivement cet appartement.
