"Das Hotel und das zugehörige Restaurant waren - trotz Reservierung für beides - geschlossen! Keine Info weil man uns angeblich nicht erreichen konnte. Weder Mail noch Telefon oder Handy zeigen Versuche. Immerhin hat man uns notdürftig empfangen und untergebracht. Dafür ein "Danke schön". Zum Abend haben wir unseren Reiseproviant verspeist. Den Abschluss unseres Sommerurlaub haben wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt. Aber wir hatten nach 760 km auf der Autobahn keine Lust auf Suche nach einem Lokal....

Staff super friendly and helpful Car park 2 minutes away ( public car park and supposedly the cheapest in the area for a 24 hour period the design detail is amazing check out the 9th floor cocktail bar amazing cocktail maker - he made drinks not on the menu will return again"

"Stayed at Hotel Alerion on several occasions. It seems like there are new owners. I was a little disappointed with the maintenance. The light in the bathroom was so dim that you could not see. After several requests, it was replaced and worked great. The elevator was out of order and from what I heard , it has been like that since November 2025. The room was nice . The staff was very good and helped carry the luggage. They also helped us with directions. Overall, it was a nice stay."
