"Very very disappointed with the bar. We got back from a big Iowa basketball win. Wanted to celebrate , the bartendar was AWEFUL. We waited an unacceptable time to get our drinks as did others but he made sure people at the bar already drinking got served. No acknowledgement to us or anything. He knew damn well we were waiting. It was ridiculous. Tables were not cleared off. For a relatively higher end hotel this little bar was a joke. Very disappointed. "

"Breakfast cafe service was excellent. They were so busy but stayed friendly and calm. "

"Staff was friendly room clean. Only complaint is they ran out of a few things at breakfast but that's being a minor issue "

"It was very clean. The employees were very nice addressing guest going and coming. However if you’re going to charge those prices at least you could get is an upgrade in the mattress field. My goodness they are horrible and wouldn’t stay again because of it. "

"No Internet and the owner over-billed my by $300. Shower filled the tub, smell was awful. Told the owner is Kmurra whom I spoke with. He lied and so I have reported to Capital One, my credit card company. Kmurra is a thief and scoundrel."
