"This hotel so exceeded my expectations. Booked for a one-night, quick stay in Edinborough it turned out to be a fantastic spot! The staff were so pleasant and helpful, my room was large and comfortable. Situated right on the Royal Mile, its perfect for exploring and soaking up the city. I really enjoyed the pool/spa area as well...very zen and relaxing! Its walking distance from the train station so very convenient to get to. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Apex is a perfect location for walking Edinburgh or taking public transportation. There is an exit down on the first floor that takes you right to a train station and a bus stop outside of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and there is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. We did not eat there as there are so many places for great food in Ediburgh but it looked nice. Our room was spacious( we had a king deluxe) and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We spent a very pleasant 3 nights at this new hotel in Edinburgh. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and tastefully designed. The location is quiet whilst still being perfect for exploring the city, and there are numerous excellent cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We would happily return to The Resident again for our next trip to Edinburgh and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. "

"Fantastic 2night stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for closeness to bus station and theatre. The staff could not have been friendlier and helpful. The beds were amazingly comfy with the best pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. The outside terrace was a complete surprise and my friend and I made good use of it. This is a hotel I am definitely going to book again."
