"The property was well kept in a very safe location. The only downside was there were many ants that kept coming in. Besides that, I would recommend the place and I would stay again."

"The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. I would stay again. "

"First I want to say I had a great host her communication was always transparent, she is also bilingual for anyone speaking english and spanish , I loved My stay i loved my vacation tho only mid hap i had during my trip is the lukewarm water, That’s half of the country though not everyone has water heaters but it was nothing major!"

"The community is private, family oriented and has security officers 24/7. There's a plaza with a food court and different outlets where you can do some shopping. The host is very flexible and attentive. She keeps the apartment very clean. We will surely consider staying here when we visit again."

"Very modern, spacious, fully loaded. But no bug or door netting makes it difficult to open windows or doors and letting mosquitoes and such to enter the house. It would be nice to have a fan or a/c unit downstairs living room area."

"We’ve stayed in rentals in 20 countries and Toney is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Any problem we had, he helped us within minutes. He has the house cleaned for you 2x a week. He has cars you can rent from him. All of the rooms have A/C. I worked remotely from the house for 6 weeks and had no trouble with the Internet. "

"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...

"Beautiful property! It's in a historic building and as soon as you walk in, it feels like you're being transported to the glamorous times of yesteryear. It's been one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we've ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a good, healthy breakfast with several choices. It's within walking distance from central Santa Ana with plenty of shopping and restaurants available. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's a hidden jewel! Other perks include plenty of parking spaces and a rooftop terrace."
