Bel appartement mais il faudrait preciser au depart qu il est au 4 eme etage sans ascenseur.

Appartement bien situé, assez vaste et décoré avec goût... tout à fait conforme au descriptif et à nos attentes. Nous n'avons juste pas compris pourquoi la baignoire ne comportait pas de bouchon... en ces périodes où l'on essaie d'économiser l'eau celà oblige à calfeutrer avec un bouchon de fortune et du coup à laisser couler l'eau... pas terrible... Nous avons apprécié la piscine extérieure (chauffée), le calme du quartier et l'environnement globlal. La région est jolie et propice au tourisme de randonnée.

Un très gros manque d'information dans la description de la location. Exemple : absence d'ascenseur pour un 4 ième étage, soit 64 escaliers à parcourir 2 à 3 fois par jour. Pas de visibilité, ensemble quasi clos. Télévision parfaitement déréglée et restée sans assistance. Pas de télécommande de barrière dans le pack donné à l'arrivée. Impossibilité de faire entrer le véhicule dans l'enceinte de copropriété. Personne dédiée à la réception chez CENTURY 21, non professionnelle et n’ayant aucune connaissance des lieux alors que le bureau est à 50 m de la location. Propreté du logement pour le moins douteuse surtout concernant le sol. Odeur nauséabonde et durable dans les locaux dès que l’on franchit la porte. Equipement électrique hors normes laissant imaginer l'impossibilité de s'extraire du bâtiment en cas d'incendie. N’ayant pas obtenu de soutien pour nous attribuer un logement de remplacement, ayant une participante handicapée d’algodystrophie, nous avons rendu l’appartement avec deux jours d’avance, très mécontents. Ce logement très inconfortable ne mérite pas d'être proposé à la location... Il ne sert pas l'image de CENTURY 21.
