"We loved our stay at Delle Rose ❤️. Lucia is a wonderful host, greeting you with a smile. The apartment was very clean and modern. Great space, shower and bathroom big. Arrived by train, just 5 mins walk to Delle Rose. 2 stops more on the train is Sorrento, or the bus is 15 mins and bus stop is just 1 min walk from DR. Piano di Sorrento is much quieter and more for locals than Sorrento, very nice to come back to and away from so many tourists in Sorrento. Delle Rose is a great place to stay...

"We had a great 8 night stay. Free breakfast was excellent, & so were Marco (he makes an excellent cappuccino) and his staff. Hotel was in a great location, near plenty of public transport options as well as within walking distance to downtown Sorrento. Would stay there again. "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, including holding our bags and supporting our desire to lounge by the pool after check-out before our afternoon train. We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop. And we loved the area - a quiet and very pleasant escape from the chaos of crowded Sorrento. The beach at the end of the street and the local restaurants completed our wonderful weekend experience. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had a fantastic time in this hotel in April. Lovely private beach and great room with balcony. Most of all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Francesca in particular helped sort all of our trips and queries before and during our stay. It is about 30 minutes from Sorrento centre and much quieter which we like, but transport links are excellent and very cheap. The hotel even provided some lifts for free. Highly recommend it and will likely return ourselves in busier season. "

"The property was fantastic. The staff was always nice and helpful. The only thing I would do differently would be to stay in the actual hotel and not the apartments. Staying in the hotel itself has additional benefits that apartments did not have access to. We will be back we loved our stay. "

"Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento."

"I was very impressed with the staff and the customer service at the hotel. I am extremely grateful to have found this place, as it allowed me to feel rested after leaving the crowded tourist areas. The hotel staff was professional and exceptionally kind, making us feel like family with their caring attitude and commitment to ensuring we had the best stay possible. I experienced this warmth during my interactions with everyone, including the front desk staff, restaurant servers, housekeeping, and even the shuttle driver. Annalisa and Emanuela truly stood out as the best! The food at the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious, and the servers provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Thank you, ladies, for making my birthday celebration so special. We look forward to visiting again!"
