"rain water coming through the bathroom ceiling, the only view was onto a roof and very messy court yard, (but there is'nt much they can do as it is not there property) the room was in a good state of repair and clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded except the shower had to be held because there was no riser bar. the bed was very compfy and the refreshments left for us was very nice. we enjoyed the breakfast"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location, about 3 minute walk from Rialto Bridge! We stayed in a room with 4 single beds. The room was nice as well as a great bathroom. We did find the beds rather hard and the AC stopped working on our third night, so it was very warm in the room. Overall I would stay here again, but for a younger crowd that does not have chronic back pain."

"Very good location, and some of the more comfortable beds we slept on in Italy. Be prepared for stairs, though! We stayed on the top floor and climbed all 90 (we counted) stairs every time. Location is central to most everything in Venice and is surrounded by food and shopping. "

"The location of the hotel was perfect, only an 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and the staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. However, although the hotel Is clean, it is very tired and needs a facelift. The beds felt like prison issue, I don’t think we’ve ever slept on anything so hard and thin. The shower was small but it had amazing water pressure with hot water. I think it’s fine for one night but anything longer would be very uncomfortable. "

"The hotel was lovely. Our room had a window but zero view lol. The room was a good size and had a nice bathroom with bidet. We also had a small fridge in the room that had items in it that were complimentary which was a nice touch. Nespresso machine in the common area which offered complimentary coffee, teas, juice and cookies. It would have been lovely to have a little fridge out there to keep the water and juice cold. Location was wonderful. "

"For a family type facility the videos in the dining hall on the TV all day were very inappropriate for that space, especially for families and kids."

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...
