"We had stay one night on our way to catch flight to Poland. The frond desk arranged the Taxi to pick us up the night before. Since our flight is around 11:00am, we should be pickup by 9:00am the latest. However, by 9:15, still no car, and we were informed there is no car this morning to pick us that morning. They are very sorry about that. It leave us in the tough situation, only less than 2 hours left, we had to find Uber or anything to get us to the airport."

"Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay."

"Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean. Got the triple family and it was a cool surprise to see a separate room for my 27 yr old daughter. I would stay there again."

"Nice hotel, however no pre-warning that it was a university accommodation, although we wouldn’t be out of by this it would’ve been good to know as the gym and pool tables where all occupied. Additionally to this there was a lot of noise even though we were on the 9th floor. Like I said it would not of necessarily put us off and this hotel is in an ideal location to the bus and train station with a good choice of restaurants on the street. If you’re visiting Venice for a night or weekend I would recommend if you don’t mind the noise. The room was very warm however was manageable. The highlight however was how fantastic and helpful the staff were, the free drinks were a bonus too!"

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
