"We enjoyed the old fashioned service and respect provided by the staff. We enjoyed free parking on the day we left the hotel so we could go into Venice by public transport. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the elegant room was spotless and comfortable. It was impossible to prevent the shower from spraying onto the floor and the room was not completely soundproof but neither of these affected our stay. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."
