"Great location, poised to access downtown Lucerne, but with free parking and a nice complimentary breakfast. Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for comfort (including while sleeping). The road noise persisted though the night and was distracting even with ear plugs."

"Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."

"What you pay for isn’t what you get. Rooms are tiny and shampoo was watered down. Stand up 2’x2’ shower is just not acceptable for the price we paid to stay there. Got there around noon and was told room wasn’t ready, understandable. Come back around 2pm and was told it still wasn’t ready. Watched about a dozen ppl check in and all got rooms and keys before us. The bed was not very comfortable and having to use two twin blankets instead of one king size made very little sense. Breakfast and staff after check in were great all around. The vicinity of the hotel to public transport was great, we were able to get to and from anywhere very easily. For the price that we paid I was def expecting a lot more than what we got. It served it’s purpose for us overall but def not somewhere we would stay again unfortunately."

"We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."
