"We loved our stay. Everyone was very hospital and helped us with all our questions and booking excursions. The room was spotless, and we loved the Jacuzzi! "

"Pros: beautiful view on the quiet side of Oia Nice big room AC was perfect Porter brings your bags to the room and back to up when you check out. WiFi was pretty good Staff was very nice and helpful with reservations hot tub was a must (amazing view while drinking some wine and relaxing after lots of walking) Cons: Breakfast was repetitive Water went out completely 2 of the 6 days (no way to even take a shower or flush) I do believe this was because of the storm that hit on 24 May 2025 Lots of steps to get to and from the hotel (140ish) mainly down steps getting to the hotel, majority up steep steps leaving the hotel and heading into Oia. You get 2 bottles of water upon arriving but everything else must be purchased even though you cannot drink the water from the tap. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives but the hotel and staff really are fantastic. I also understand the importance of an honest review. "

"This hotel was PERFECT. The views were INSANE. The rooms are large, great shower, and had everything we needed. With a little bit of walking either 10-15mins downhill or uphill, there’s great restaurants. It was so romantic. There’s a public bus stop a few steps away that brings you to different parts of the island. And most importantly, there’s a pool. If you’re going to Santorini and not staying at a hotel with a pool, you’ll deeply regret it. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel Sunny Villas felt like a hidden secret tucked away in a beautiful part of Santorini. It’s in a great location—close to plenty of great bars and restaurants we came across during our trip, while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us, including arranging smooth transportation to and from the hotel. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a private hot tub, and the view was absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine and dinner. It was such a special and romantic experience. Everything about our stay was smooth and memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot in Santorini."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I thought it was very kind and a really friendly touch that they upgraded our room free of charge because they heard about our difficult journey with a diverted flight. The hotel is beautiful with white buildings looking right onto the sea. Our beachfront room opened up to the pool area and we had a beautiful sea view and 4 of the pools and sunbed areas look out onto the sea as well. Because there are so many pools it is not difficult to get a sunbed each day. The hotel is also on the strip and only a short walk from the bars and restaurants in Kamari. You can also get a bus to Fira from kamari very nearby. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our family fell in love with the facilities within 5 minutes. But the best part was the staff! Every single one we met tried their best to make us enjoy our stay. Not only did they help with anything we asked for, they went out of their way to offer help that they thought we would enjoy! They were great!! But everything else was great too—-for example, the included breakfasts were so great that my adult children were actually amazed and photographing them. If I get back to Santorini, I have no desire to stay any place else!"
