"I had to wait to check in at least two hours. I finally got instructions for the keys at about 6.00 pm. Owner did not answer phone when I called to try and check in. The email from Expedia clearly stated that checkout was at noon. I was being asked by the cleaner to leave the property at 11.00 am. Very disappointing check in and check out process. "

"The most beautiful place to stay in Meteora. Oh the view! We had the top floor, mountain view apartment. It is so worth paying the extra for one of the top floor rooms. Everything is very high standard. Spotless and modern. Just a few minutes walk to town and to lovely bars, shops and restaurants. Plenty to choose from. "We booked through VRBO, which I wouldn't recommend for this property (love VRBO and this property, but just not a great match). They seem to use other platforms more often. I attempted to communicate with the property manager when I didn't receive info about the way to check-in, without response. We arrived and sat outside until a woman who cleans the property noticed us and helped us get checked in. "We stayed here three nights. Great proximity to the monasteries. Wonderful bakery and good restaurants within minutes walk. We appreciated having a clothes washer. The house was well furnished, quiet, and had a designated parking place for us."
