The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers."

"Clean room with great balcony view. Roof top breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and staff were super helpful all the time. Very family friendly with great seating areas! "I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after. Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i...

"This place was a real surprise. The apartment was spacious and a refreshing change to staying in a hotel room. It had a balcony overlooking the main road and the waterfront perfect to watch the world go by in comfort. It is rustic in keeping with the building but nicely decorated. A great find!"

"Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !"
