"Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and well stocked and organised. The hair dryer and steamer were high quality. The pool area is beautifully decorated. Loungers are limited and fully taken by 1130. The DJ and saxophone artists were excellent. Breakfast buffet has good selection and was fresh and good quality. Coffee machine rather than espresso machine with barista but acceptable. The Al a carte restaurant was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was very basic and Salty."

"One of the best resorts in Crete. The location and private beach are absolutely stunning. The resort offers excellent facilities, and there’s also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. "The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous. We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place. Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. We were delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view bungalow, which was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout our visit, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The only minor downsides were that the beach area was quite small and there wasn’t any evening entertainment at the hotel. However, these were only small points and did not take away from what was an exceptional holiday. We would definitely return and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding service and beautiful surroundings."
