"The staff here was great! Shea checked us in and was very accommodating even though he couldn’t find us a joining room he got us rooms next to each other. Olivia was also very helpful when I called from the pool asking for towels as the cabinet was empty. She sent some out right away which isn’t usually the case at other hotels and i really appreciated the prompt service! "We got into town an hour early and the kids were dying from the heat & they checked us in with no problems so I’m grateful for that! We had a issue with a maid unnecessarily banging on our door & waking our children very early & they were very kind and accommodated us with a hour later check out. Overall the place is clean and we’ve stayed here quite a few times & always enjoyed it. "
