"We had such a great stay at Ashley’s property! The space was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, allowed our dog, and was within walking distance to coffee shops and parks. Communicating with her was also super easy and she was so responsive. Can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in Grand Junction for vacation or just passing through. Thanks again!"

"Location was awesome for a ski weekend to get the family all together. The space was open and allowed individual families (3 generations) to be spread out. The stock supplies and appliances that are there were way above my expectations. Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout! we would definitely return! Thank you!!"

"This was the best place we’ve ever stayed with VRBO, wife said “perfect”…..quiet, awesome porch with the vistas of the Grand Mesa, running stream, perfect get away for a couple, historic, the location is amazing, and the sheep set the mood, reminded us of Ireland. Just far enough from attractions, Palisade and Grand Junction. We’ll be back ❤️"
