This place up in the hills is quiet and hidden away, yet only about 8 minutes to town by car. It has a pretty little patio and dipping pool. A lovely place for breakfast too. The kitchen equipment is old but has everything required to cook a meal. Michael speaks English which really helps. Mina added nice touches for arriving guests-snacks, fruit and beverages.
We had a hard time finding it once we got to the final turning from the road going up the hill. We ended up at a set of stairs. Ask Michael and Mina the name of the Taverna across the street (a good spot too) and put that in as your destination. It is well sign posted at the left turn from the main road up the hill so easy to see where to turn. The Hideaway is just across the road and a bit farther beyond. We thought it was good value.
