"Didn’t appreciate receiving an email when I stepped off the plane saying I didn’t pay, when it was paid in full at booking. And then receiving no response back to a message & the phone number provided for the host went unanswered as well. You can hear everything outside. We were provided with 3 towels for 2 people when there is a pool & hot tub."

"Our stay was great. Just the little things that were super nice, made us feel at home from the welcome note personalized with a movie pack, to the cute fresh squeezed orange juice in the fridge! "The property was up-dtated and very well appointed for an older rental neighbourhood. It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. If you have friends in the nearby snow bird communities it is very convenient. The only two negatives we experienced were the lack of sunlight because it was a rear facing alley unit of a four flex with only three windows and...

"For the price i paid this was not a bad place. The bed was really comfortable. Would have been nice if there was a nightstand in between the beds with plug ins a tv in the bedroom would be a good touch. A couple more washcloths would have been nice. The drain pipe under the sink is not attached so it fell apart and water went all over the floor. Did not have access to the game room. The pool area was really nice. Black out curtains would be good in the bedroom.But over all this was a nice place...

Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. "The location is good. The property is rundown and it smelled like smoke in the room. Other residents on the property live there on an ongoing basis (like long term rentals). Low income so I didn’t feel very save. The hot tub was broken 1/2 the time and we only received 2 bath towels for two people for 5 days and there was a pool/ hot tub. "All I can say is you may not have time to read my list of problems with this rental property. To begin with, 1. the communication with the host was terrible. Example-she took 23 hours to respond about the WiFi and password. 2.my wife had to hang a sheet over the window blinds to provide a little privacy 3. Toilet seat was broken 4. "This casita continues to work perfectly for us. We don't need a lot of space because we are there to visit family. It's smartly laid out inside so we can unpack and relax, with a peaceful outdoor space (especially for morning coffee). It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but still very private. Plus there are speed bumps in the neighborhood so no one is racing past. Just lovely!"

"I’ve asked for cooperation from the host/property manager and have not received it. At most I would hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! The gate code did not work and the gate ended up being open 24-7. This took away from the security they sold us on. The property was described as “newly remodeled”. It was far from it. The property has an eroded bathroom sink, rusted falling off the wall shower curtain, and stained up bathtub. On top of it not being remodeled...

"We came into town for a baseball event. This location was just right for our needs. 10 from Sloan Park. Close to a variety of amenities, clean and in a great neighborhood. We will for sure stay here again the next time we are in town! Thank you Todd and Jamie"

"The unit was a building separate from the main house. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was located in a housing development with easy access to main routes, restaurants and shopping. The bathroom is really small (see pictures). Everything else was perfect!"

"We were visiting Mesa for a family gathering. The location was perfect for our needs and was a short drive to the local shopping area. The pool was the main center of activity during our stay. Our daughter was in it for several hours and the outdoor seating made it great for us to watch her and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you need to cook and the bedrooms were really great for our daughters' age ranges (6 and 14). Overall, a really great property."
