"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Room was quite rundown. Bath towels were dirty. Main door latch was broken and it wasn't fixed after complaint. Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it. "Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. Red flag #1. When we got to our room, things went downhill real quickly. I don't mind if the room is dated, but this place looked like...

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "

"Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful. "
