"Das wunderschön (am Ende einer 4 km langen Schotterstrecke, die eine sehr vorsichtige Fahrweise erforderlich macht) gelegene Haus mutet wie eine historische Finca an, ist aber durch Solarenergie-Versorgung auch in neuzeitlicher Weise nutzbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung vor Ort! Wunderbar ruhig, "lauteste" Anwohner waren die Tauben auf der anderen Flußseite."

"A wonderful place in the middle of nature, perfect to slow down... Despite a very hot week with over 40 degrees at times, it was easy to stay on the shady terrace during the day with a little wind. In the mornings and evenings I can recommend to use the available kayak. As this is a tidal river you can even use the current to paddle upstream very comfortably and explore the Guadiana and its wonderful flora & fauna. Time seems to have stood still here. "The property is great for hosting family and friends or just enjoying the outdoor eating and pool. Fence around the pool was great as we have young kids. Kitchen is amazing and the whole house is really well equipped with everything you need for a stay. You will need a car to get around but Loule is only 10min away and quarteira/Vilamoura 20-25min. Enough space to park a couple of cars next to the property."

"We like our holidays to be peaceful. This place is perfect. The only sounds are the birds and the run of the pool's waterfall. The facilities are excellent, lacking nothing. Truly this is the best self-catering property we have ever stayed in. The icing on the cake? The staff were unobtrusive and helpful. We plan to return. Thank you so much to all the team."

"Many Thanks to Jorg, had a lovely stay , Peaceful location up in the hill's from Sao Bras de Alportel, Nice property, well kept, enclosed drive, Car an Essential. Bedrooms are on the upper floor and accessed by a spiral staircase, would recommend and use again but not for anyone with disabilities."

"We are very plesaed with our choice of villa. The Villa , gardens and pool area were fabulous. Outdoor seating area really beautiful spotlessly clean . hort walk into town. Quiet. We arrived late and were disappoitneted that no welcome pack was provided. First time in twenty years of renting a villa with no welcome pack . We arrived after the shops has closed. This however would not deter us from renting it again."

"Het was een leuk huisje in een heel klein dorp. Hele aardige mensen. Je hebt veel wandelingen in de buurt. Ook ben je dicht bij Mertola. Van de eigenaar kregen we brood en kaas. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen geen verwarming. Dus het is koud in de winter."
