"The hotel is beautiful, the staff and service are amazing and the food is excellent. My only complaint is that birds were chirping right outside our room every single night. They would start about 3 o’clock in the morning. It was so loud and made sleeping peaceful impossible."

While there was the usual fare for a 5 star hotel. I think they lacked in the area of guest diversions. They were happy to let you as a guest find there own way. The downside was that this opened the guest to overcharging and the endless tipping.

The rooms are great, but it lacks consistency of the in the room service, not every day was the same, specifically on the bathroom towels and toiletry
