Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. "We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be...

"It was our first time staying beach side and this little bungalow offered so much. You really can’t beat the location. Though in the more active area of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The space was very cozy, perfect for two or ideal for a small family."

We enjoyed walking the trail at Joppa Park, and it was easy to walk into town to shop, grab dinner, and enjoy live music. Newburyport is close to a lot of fun day trips, as well!"

"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly!
