"The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning………."

"Quite good. The plastic under mattress is awful. And the 2 small bed with cheap mattress are lousy. And the 2 bathroom is a joke. But it worked for us. Thanks"

"It was small but perfect!! we were there only to sleep and shower. Loved having coffee pot and other kitchen stuff. We were so comfortable!!! I would choose the bnb over a hotel anyday!! loved having access to the washer and dryer as well. The people were so nice and welcoming, just a wonderful overall experience. "Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"We were really only there to sleep. It was off season so we parked right out front every time coming and going. Super short walk to the beach. Wish it was summer! Condo had everything needed and very clean. Perfect for four adults. Would love to come back in summer!"

"It was a very nice remodeled 3 bedroom and the owner took our calls and text right away. Had a little electrical issue in the kitchen for a few days but it was finally handled and a little refund was made. We were aprox 35-40 mins from Salem, Glouster, and other area's we drove to every day. My daughter and I had a great week."

"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around."
