"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!"

"Refrigerator was defective, did not keep things cold. TV remote missing. No hot water in bathroom. Only light in room was between beds and it did not work, it’s plug was bend and jammed against the mattress because the outlet was in a stupid place behind the mattress where it was inaccessible and a fire hazard. Room phone did not work, tried to call front desk a dozen times and never got a response, had to call Expedia to get a phone number to call and had to use my cell phone. Dirt on corners...

"I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. Shower curtain was ripped,...
