"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient!
