This property uses tank water. Please take care not to waste water.

There is a septic waste system at Fletchers Lane Escape. Please take care not to wash any harsh chemicals down the drains and only flush toilet paper.

This property has external security cameras on the front verandah covering the driveway in front of the main house, the locked garage facing the driveway to the separate studio, and the rear deck covering the garden path from the driveway and garage area to the main house.

Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

High-speed broadband is provided via Starlink. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace for the first two nights. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
