"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

"Great location in Recoleta, lots within walking distance. The room was big, and while not the most recent design, really nice and clean. Breakfast was good and available until quite late in the morning. Service was warm and felt personalized."
