"I really appreciated the front desk help and how nice they were to us and attentive. The rooms however need to have a better upkeep. In our first room the curtains were broken and in our second room the main phone did not work. The carpet was dirty and full of stains so it looked unclean."

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."

"Es un verdadero hotel boutique en donde cuidan cada detalle. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y con acabados de gran calidad. La atención y servicio fue espectacular.
