Best Western Inn At The Rogue

6/10 Okay

"We checked in at around 10:00 PM. The key card for our first room did not work, so we were assigned a second room. However, while the key card worked for that room, the door would not open. After another trip to the front desk, the staff reprogrammed the key card for the original room, and we were finally able to get in. The breakfast was average, and the hot food options were fairly limited. When we checked in, the lobby coffee was not very hot, and the hot water for tea had already run out. Other than these inconveniences, our stay was generally fine."

"Had a bad experience at a different motel here in town not long ago. Went didn’t I stay here?! My kids and I felt safe and cozy here. The room was clean, the property was clean and safe. Long conversation with the manager and she was so kind and funny. Definitely recommend. Will stay again! What a difference someone who cares makes!!!"
