The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and felt completely new. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"This was the best and the most spacious room hotel I have stayed at in NYC. Its centrally located on 57th St., you are a couple of blocks from Central Park and many other million locations including Columbus Circle for shopping. The staff is super friendly, they bathroom and rooms are well curated and clutter free. Enjoyed every bit! "

"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"

"This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog. "Room average at best, in room lounge chair was filthy but room it self was clean. Nothing truly special but we did fall in love with location. We did so much just a quick walk away it made up for what the hotel lacked."
