  • Spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath Meridian home built for families and groups of up to 14. Unwind in the private hot tub, cool off at the neighborhood pool, and let the kids loose in the backyard play area and bright upstairs playroom. A full modern kitchen, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and free WiFi keep everyone comfortable, while driveway parking makes arrival easy. Just minutes from The Village at Meridian and Eagle Island State Park, it's a relaxed, convenient home base for your Idaho stay.
    Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

    Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
    To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee for groups above 6 guests. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

    Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
    Some booking channels require a fully refundable $500 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
    You may also choose to purchase a $49 damage waiver (covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage) for additional peace of mind.

The home was beautiful! Everything was exactly as you'd expect. Kitchen was stocked well, even had a crockpot and airfryer! Plenty of space all over the house for everyone, we loved our stay here!

Perfect location for a wedding at SpurWing.Pickleball was a blast and house slept us all nicely.My 23-25 year olds loved the retro video games!

Great place to stay with family

We booked this for a family wedding, and had 12 people, adults and kids staying here. It was absolutely perfect, and had everything we needed for a fun, family filled trip. The house was in a great location, with plenty of things nearby, easy access to downtown, and was great for our kids. We would absolutely book again!

This home is beautiful, clean with plenty of room. Communal pool is very close and we had a wonderful experience! Neighbors are great!

Great stay

We had a great time! The perfect amount of rooms for the 5 of us and a baby! Great walking neighborhood that relatively close to everything. I'd come back with my coworkers or with my family in a heartbeat.

Great Stay at Boise

Our Crew of 5 Men Stayed here to work over at Albertsons stadium. The Place was Perfect for us. It was great place to come home to after a long day of work. This is house Perfect for big groups if your looking for Spacious space. We will definitely be back again.

Incredible stay for young family

I cannot express how perfect this home is for young families. We have 6 children and its difficult for us to find a home that accommodates our diverse needs, look no firther than this house! The touches were amazing, the community, the outdoor amenities, the proximity to parks and restaurants, etc. Would stay here again hands down!

Family Christmas Vacation

We could not have asked for a better set up for a family of 3 generations. Our 4 grandkids were in 7th Heaven with the game room, the backyard and the proximity to a Park. The kitchen was perfect for our large group & easy to navigate. The bedrooms offered a variety of sleeping arrangements for us to choose from and the common rooms were comfortable for our entire group.

Good House and location geographically.Lot of LED bulbs were out …. Had to change all bulbs in master vanity fixtures as none of them worked.No light bulb working over the stairs or the front walkway outside.

Fabulous 40th! Stay

We rented this lovely property for my 40th birthday to celebrate with our family in Idaho and bring our family from California all together. It was so close to everything and such a great location. The layout of the house was great and accommodated four adults and six kids. The backyard was amazing for the kids to play and then head over to the community pool. Especially with the heat wave we had while we were there. The only hiccup was the office that can be converted to a guest room downstairs doesn’t have curtains to block from the inside of the house into the room, so it wasn’t as private as we thought for bedtime lights with kids. However, everything was great and the hosts were wonderful about responding if we had any questions. We would 100% would stay here again and recommend it to all friends.

Ripped off

My review is for "Spacious 5-Bedroom Retreat with Pool Access” not "The Dream Home | 5 bedroom | Meridian ID HOT TUB” — it is managed by the same company, Premium Rentals. On 7/31/24 the host told me “The Dream Home" was no longer available for our stay from 8/4-8/9, which had been paid in full ($3,856.23). Premium Rentals provided an alternative house, “Spacious 5-Bedroom" and transferred our booking. I called them and asked for compensation due to the inconvenience and loss of amenities. On 8/1, they told me they would issue a refund and I received $444.00 back. Premium Rentals then canceled this original booking. They said they couldn’t provide a new VRBO listing and said we didn’t have to pay anything extra, they’d just change the house we were staying at. Premium Rentals told me the transfer to another house was an upgrade, when in fact we were downgraded. Amenities lost: - 1 full bedroom + bed (someone had to sleep on a couch and air mattress because of this) - 1 full bath (“Spacious 5-Bedroom has 2.5 baths, not 3) - Mother-in-law suite on the main level - hot tub - large backyard with trampoline, and chickens (how fun would that have been?!) - play loft area for kids (our family had 4 young kids + an infant and we were greatly looking forward to a play space for them) - nice balcony off the main bedroom upstairs - closer parks and pool access I can’t believe that $444 equates to all those lost amenities… very disappointed :(

Wonderful home for family spring break

I rented this house for my kids, grandkids and myself over spring break. It was a great location, central to many things in the Boise area. The house itself was fantastic, with features that appealed to the different age ranges of our group. It is large, open and bright, has a well appointed kitchen and plenty of areas for our group to spread out. The managers were great to work with when I had some changes that came up to the original plan. Would gladly stay here again!
