"The room itself was clean, but there were other issues. The toilet was broken. We told the front desk when we went out for the day and it was still broken when we returned later that night. The staff at the front desk said we could use the lobby bathroom. I requested to switch rooms and he did help with that. But it seemed as though he would have never thought of that on his own if I hadn't suggested it. He was nice and did help us and then it was fine. The same situation happened with my friend...
