"5/5 Great family trip and fits 4-5 total people easy. It’s a 3 story property, but only the top is live able. The inside is dated, but the outside more than made up for it…Everyone enjoyed jumping off the first story ledge into the water, the property is large and has amazing views all over. We enjoyed dining al fresco & the hot tub. It’s very peaceful & serene. It is a good distance from downtown Varenna or Lierna, so if you don’t have transportation it’s very tough. "The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."
