"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. "We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
