Unlimited fresh water (a treasure in the coast, only 10% of the Yucatan Beach houses have that!!!). Nice swimming pool, Air conditioned in 3 bedrooms, 15 minutes drive to Progreso, 40 min to Merida. Free Hi Speed Internet, Free Unlimited Calls to the US, Canada and Mexico. Great attractions nearby.
