Spacious and quiet room. I did not have any interaction with the staff other than the person at the reception who was not that helpful during the check in process. I have to say that the cleaning staff was very efficient providing clean towels everyday, I thank them for being nice even though I didn't meet them.

The website said that there were smoking areas, but there were not any. The description said that no pets were allowed yet multiple nights we were kept awake by a dog that barked nonstop. No English was spoken by any of the staff; thankfully, I speak Spanish. The water pressure was not great and hot water was not readily available. If you’re looking for a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable in city center without a bunch of accommodations or American luxuries, you will be fine. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had air-conditioning. We could not get the TV to work, but they did have Wi-Fi and good cell service. Overall, I would stay at the property again and pray, no one brought an annoying dog!

Publicidad falsa, aparentan tener un lugar limpio y las condiciones son deplorables, no esperaba mucho por el costo pero raya lo insalubre. El estacionamiento esta sujeto a disponibilidad, tuvimos que estacionar en la calle.

Un poco desagradable la estancia

Fue un poco desagradable no hay atención haca el cliente preguntas algo y te ponen mala cara o te malcontestan no te apollan con tuallas solo te dan 2 para 4 personas según limpian el cuarto y basura debajo de la cama el control de la TV no servilla nunca lo revisaron aun que se reporto agua caliente no Abia el wifi menos la verdad lo pensaría mucho para volver a reservar o seria mi última opción
