The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.

Great stay at this condo. The only downfall was that there had to be some work done here and there on two days of my stay and it was a bit distracting. The power was also shut of for a bit during the second work done and it was during a storm so we couldn’t even leave the property while the power was out. Other than that, the house was nice, ac in bit rooms worked which was important the ac in the living room didn’t work and the dryer didn’t work so that is what they were trying to fix but were unsuccessful.

La alberca esta muy bien y después de nadar en el mar se disfruta bastante. Lo mejor, desde el balcon se veia el mar. Muy recomendable lugar si quieres disfrutar de Progreso.

Todo estuvo al 100, súper cómodo y en buena ubicación. Solamente un poco raro que nos hayan dejado un poco de comida en el refri

Se promueve como Hotel pero solo es un departamento que comparte la alberca con otros departamentos, esta muy lejos de todas las atracciones, no tiene bar como dice la publicidad, no hay 6 bares cerca, tampoco tiene acceso a la playa de forma directa, el acceso a la playa que está a 1 cuadra está llena de piedras, no responden el Telefono solo mensajes, no hay una atención personalizada, la televisión tiene un sonido extremadamente bajo, el propietario me escribió por mensaje que como mexicano debo entender que es un departamento pero que expedía lo señala como un hotel, no soy mexicano pero no entiendo el comentario.
