Come stay in the heart of Meredith in this captivating waterfront gem on beautiful Lake Waukewan! Everyone will have plenty of space to unwind and spread out with five bedrooms in the main house and three bedrooms in the guest house. This home will be one your family will come back to year after year! Highlights include a master chef's kitchen with an extra refrigerator, a cozy living area with game tables and a lovely dining area all overlooking the lake. The extensive playroom downstairs includes a Ping-Pong table and a child-size theater with a stage, curtain, and costumes that will entertain for hours of fun! Crib accommodations are provided in three of the bedrooms for your convenience as well. Outside the home, revel in the dazzling views of Lake Waukewan from the wraparound deck or screened porch. The waterfront invites you to a beautiful sandy beach that gradually declines into crystal clear water. You may enjoy use of the owner's kayak, paddle boat, and 22 ft. private boat dock! The kids are going to be delighted at this home with a fenced playground!

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Basic cable is provided for the only TV in the basement.

Perfect getaway

The house and main house are the perfect place to gather a large group for a weekend of quality time. The house sits on a quiet and beautiful lake that’s perfect for swimming or admiring from the porch.

My large, multigenerational, extended family was at complete ease in this rental, even during the busy weekend of my son’s wedding. There was something for everyone AND everything was carefully labeled. The setting was wonderful with loons, a bald eagle, chipmunks and a weasel. For a family weekend or vacation, this would be great!!!
