"My kids and I stayed for a week and had a great time! The pool and hot tub were a big hit with them along with the basketball court! It’s close enough to the Weirs Beach boardwalk that we were able to go almost everyday but far enough away to avoid any unwanted noise. The only complaint we had was we only had one stopper to take a bath between both bathrooms, with kids 2 would have been nice. Easy to work around though!"

"We stayed with my sister and family for a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. There is plenty of space for kids and adults. The outdoor shower and fire pit are great. Five minute walk to the beach is ideal and the boardwalk is walking distance too. The beds are all very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space. All in all, a fabulous place to stay."

"My family had a wonderful stay at the Condo. It was a great location. Close to the New Hampshire Pavilion, Weirs Beach, Laconia and Lake Winnipesaukee. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and love it. It's a perfect fit."

"The condo was decorated so nicely. The condo was so cozy and very welcoming. The only thing I didn’t care for was the perfume plug ins and bowls of potpourri. There’s a strong flowery smell throughout the whole condo. If you have allergies, it’s not good! Other than that, the stay was nice."

"Place was great for what I needed. Had nice views of the lake, and was very quiet. The location was good & it was better than I expected for price. It was pretty clean although some of the dishes had dried food on them & I did have to vacuum the rug again cause there were crumbs & stuff left from the last people. Plenty of parking & laundry on site was nice. Also it’s ground level from parking which was convenient. The checkout process was unclear as there were multiple times & instructions...

"My stay here was great , there are so many good things about this rental . Very clean and updated ,comfortable beds , walking distance too the beach and many good restaurants , family friendly activities . One of my favorite things of the property is the porch , great views of the mountains , lake and a grill too use , I would highly recommend staying here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here for Labor Day Weekend! The space was exactly as described, and the view from the back porch was just perfect! We walked down to the Weirs Beach boardwalk area for dinner, and it was a short drive (or long walk) to the beach from the condo. We look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"This has a perfect layout. Everything you need from cooking to linens. We were only two but the lower level is perfect for another family with children. We only had our daughter and granddaughter for one night but they had their own area. Waterville Valley has lots to do and if you geocache there are lots to find."

"A plumbing issue, complete lack of porch furniture, and lack of response from Vacasa really put a damper on this expensive stay. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was not working when we checked in. We alerted Vacasa when we realized that Sunday morning (had to use many methods to get ahold of help...calling, texting, messaging via VRBO). Someone did come by to band-aid it Sunday night and confirm we needed a plumber, but it broke again soon after. No follow up at all Monday or Tuesday until...

"We enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious- it had more than enough room for our family of 3.5. Our only complaint would be that there were no empty drawers to put our stuff away so we had to make it work out of our suitcase. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment. A little confusion around checking out, but it was remedied. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks again!"
