"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"The front desk girl was the rudest and most awful hotel contact I have EVER encountered! We showed up around 6pm and while checking in, I asked about scheduling our airport shuttle for the next morning. The girl was so nasty and rude Saying that they require a 24 hour notice. She admitted that is not posted or advertised and said it’s not her problem, she just works there”. When I asked if she could please at least try for us because we really needed that shuttle, she got even ruder and it became an argument with her saying she won’t give me a room and to leave the hotel. We went outside and made calls. Thankfully the Marriott not only had a room for us, but even though their shuttle was broken down, she set up a taxi at no cost to me. Do NOT go to the Cambria!!!"

"Great hotel stay breakfast was exceptional addition"

"We tried checking in and we already paid then there wasnt a room to stay in and while we were leaving someone else came in saying there was already someone in the room they were given"

"Breakfast was not that great but other services were fine. It’s an older hotel so the expectation was fine."
